FOCULT Return & Refund Policy
At FOCULT, every piece is made and packed with attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
• We accept returns only for:
• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received
• Size issues (subject to stock availability)
• To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Product images
• Products must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact
Exchanges
• Size exchanges are allowed once per order.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
• Customers may be required to pay reverse shipping charges for exchanges.
Refunds & Store Credit
• We do not offer refunds on successfully delivered orders.
• Eligible returns may be approved in the form of:
• Product exchange
• Replacement item
• Store credit (only if the requested product or size is unavailable)
• Refunds are only applicable if:
• The product is out of stock after purchase
• A prepaid order is cancelled before shipping
• The returned item qualifies under our policy and replacement is unavailable
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Store credit issued by FOCULT will be valid for future purchases on our platform.
Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
