All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. During drops, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Shipping Partners
FOCULT uses trusted third-party logistics and courier partners for order fulfillment and delivery. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries, shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delays & Delivery Issues
FOCULT is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, natural disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. However, our team will always assist you in resolving shipping-related concerns.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at our support email/Instagram support.
International Shipping
Currently, FOCULT may or may not offer international shipping depending on operational availability. Any applicable duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
